If you have vegetable oil, ketchup (with high fructose corn syrup on the label) and not real maple syrup…. We need to talk! Most of the stuff in your pantry is probably highly processed in a factory and causing some sort of allergy for you or someone you love. Maybe you don’t have time to grocery shop or even think about reading nutrition or want to be bothered with that. I highly recommend and encourage you to start to take the time to get to know how you are fueling your body and with what. Most items in a box or jar have some ingredient that is toxic for your body and will contain 1 or more of the 68 names of sugar. Yikes, right? This is where I am more than happy to help :) I can educate you on how to read nutrition labels and teach you what to stock your pantry with. I promise you won’t feel deprived and will still be able to enjoy some of your favorite treats (just a healthier & cleaner version!)
