There were a number of small patterns I had that I really wanted to change, and some bigger goals that I want to reach over time. Approaching this summer as a time to approach both small lifestyle goals and some big changes in how I approach eating was challenging.
I felt less cravings for sweets. My stomach felt less bloated and I lost about 8 pounds. I didn’t feel like I was dieting because I ate when I was hungry and always ate enough to be full, I just ate less crap like kids Mac and cheese, spaghetti, and desserts.
I feel like I’m able to keep eating the way I have been eating all summer and I don’t feel like I’m depriving myself.
I did like the accountability. I liked the reminder to keep the food log and when Kim checked it and gave me feedback. I love our checkins in person and on the phone. Kim is easy to talk to and asks good questions that helped me stay focused on why I was working with her
